Let us Pray:
Heavenly Father, we thank you for leading us into yet another Lenten season. Please grant us each the strength to fully experience this wondrous season of reflection, preparation and sacrifice. Help us to be wise enough to use both our gifts and sacrifices as a means to focus not on ourselves but on the abundance of your love as demonstrated through the life and death of your beloved Son. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
